Pandora increases employee pay by up to 14%

Pandora has increased its hourly pay for its UK and Ireland store employees by up to 14%.

The pay increase, which came into effect earlier this month, is the third by the omnichannel jewellery retailer in the past year.

As a result, employees in London have seen a 10% pay increase to £11.95 per hour, while employees across the UK have seen a 14% pay increase to £10.90.

Employees in Ireland have also seen a 12% boost in pay to £12.21 (€13.82), meanwhile, store management staff have seen a 12% pay increase.

Alongside, the pay rises, the company has introduced a raft of initiatives for its staff including monthly bonuses, personal allowances for own-branded jewellery worth up to £500 and the opportunity to win a team holiday to Thailand.
